Getting here
From the N2. Turn into Plettenberg Bay and follow the signs downhill towards the main beach and the Beacon Island hotel. Hopwood Street leads to the Central Beach car park.
Parking. Use the public car park at Central Beach, beside the office. In December and January it fills early, so allow extra time.
From Knysna. About 30 minutes by car along the N2. From George Airport. About an hour and a half.
Staying in Plett. Central Beach is a short drive or taxi from most guest houses in town.
